So, we’re a week in and my leg bite count is thus:
- Left Leg: 11 hideous bites
- Right Leg: 14 hideous bites
This is a new record that has surpassed both Wales and Scotland (and we all know how vicious Scottish midges can be!).
I’ve been using Smidge so far, which is a non-DEET application, but I may have to move to DEET tomorrow, otherwise my risk of Dengie Fever goes up.
Either way, Rebecca and I have had a confab tonight over a few beers, and the up shot is that we’ll not be moving to Costa Rica!
To be honest, I think she’s a little jealous of the attention I getting from the ‘fairer’ sex!
